About a year and half ago, our CEO Dan James walked into our old office and started shooting us with balls of air. He had bought the incredible Airzooka, which fires a ball of compressed air out of a contraption that looks like a small plastic garbage pail with a handle and a plastic bag. According to their site the Airzooka is essentially a vortex generator:
A Vortex is a bunch of air or water that is swirling around itself. Tornadoes, smoke rings, and whirlpools are good examples. When air is forced out of the front of the Airzooka air gun, some air hits the edges of the hole and slows down. This slower air is then pulled forward by the faster moving air in the center and starts swirling around itself in a ring.
It sounds simple and dorky, but it's really cool and highly recommended. Too late for Christmas, but there's always next year. It was actually featured in Wired last month, which sparked my memory.

I love my AIRZOOKA!!!
I got mine while visiting Halifax earlier this year for a a couple of wrestling events. I had to bring it to places like work and parties because everyone wanted to see it.

The Airzooka was also featured on The Screensavers. If anyone is wondering, I've seen them for sale at thinkgeek.com
