Merry Christmas everyone! I'm off to Ottawa to visit my brothers and for our family's holiday get together. I'm also looking forward to my first experience on a Canadian train since I was about three. Should be fun and hopefully relaxing.

The train is the best. You have to get a bedroom at the back. Grabbing a picnic and wine at the shops in the Montreal station, pulling out watching the farms roll by at dusk. Back to the bar for some great chattery for the evening and sleep in until Moncton.

Oh I love the train... I need to take it more often. I've only had three train trips thus far... but we'll keep counting.
